About this Course

Using the first crop available from our Victorian era garden, learn the basics of making sides and salads from fresh, dried and pickled supplies. Prepare a side dish to cook at home, and swap baking stories while you enjoy tea and fresh baking from the woodstove. $5 supply fee.
